We are an international FinTech company and are currently looking for an analyst who is confident in working with data, can find patterns in numbers, and turn them into understandable conclusions for the business.

What you will be doing

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets. • Generating regular and operational reports. • Working with databases and making selections using SQL. • Building reports and analytics in Excel / Google Sheets • Analyzing key business indicators, dynamics, and deviations. • Identifying the causes of changes in indicators and forming conclusions. • Automating existing reporting. • Preparing data and analytics for company management. • Interacting with other departments on data and reporting issues.

What is important to us

• Confident knowledge of Excel — required: formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, working with large data volumes. • Knowledge of SQL — required: writing queries, JOIN, GROUP BY, aggregate functions, and working with databases. • Knowledge of Python will be a big plus, especially experience using it for data analysis and automation. • Analytical thinking and the ability to see interrelationships in numbers. • Attentiveness and high accuracy in working with data. • The ability not just to compile a report, but to understand what the obtained figures mean for the business. • Independence and readiness to work at a fast pace.
