Company: BCRAFT (IGaming Software Development) 🟩 Schedule: remote job/ full time ** Lead Business Development (B2B SaaS, iGaming)**

Areas of Responsibility: • Building and scaling the BizDev function (processes, funnel, KPIs, tools) • Managing the current team (2 BizDevs) and their development • Searching, testing, and launching new revenue streams (partnerships, markets, segments, use-cases) • Analyzing new and current markets, identifying growth points and entry barriers • Validating monetization hypotheses and forming a pipeline of new opportunities • Handing over validated initiatives to Sales / Marketing / Account / Product for scaling • Collecting and systematizing insights about clients, competitors, and industry trends for product and commercial decision-making • Forming recommendations for go-to-market and positioning • Close cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, Product, Account Management • Participation in strategic company growth planning

Requirements: • 5+ years in Business Development / Partnerships / Strategy in B2B SaaS • Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling + related high-growth digital industries • Proven experience in launching new directions / partnerships / markets • Experience in team management or leading BizDev initiatives • Hypothesis-driven approach and quick idea validation skills • English B2+ / C1 • Availability to attend international exhibitions

Will be a plus ➕: • Experience with platform products and ecosystem partnerships • Consulting / strategy / venture builder background • Understanding of GTM, pricing, and unit economics of SaaS • Strong network in the iGaming industry

Working Conditions: • Remote format; • Salary in USD; • Work week Mon-Fri, Sat and Sun - weekends; • Flexible start of the workday GMT-3; • Prospects for development and professional growth
