We are looking for a strong** Chief Commercial Officer **to take responsibility for building and scaling the company's commercial function: BizDev, Sales, and Marketing. The key task is to create a sustainable growth system, increase revenue, and expand into new markets.

💚What needs to be done:

• Consolidate BizDev, Sales, and Marketing into a single system
• Build a predictable growth model (not "manual management")
• Scale the agency / partner network
• Strengthen sales: funnel, conversions, average check
• Launch new GEOs

💚Requirements:

• Experience in the position of CCO / CRO / Head of Commercial in iGaming

• Practical experience with Tier-3 / MENA markets
• Skills in building processes and scaling teams
• Result-orientation and systematic thinking
