📍 Almaty | Full-time | Office Head of Sales
We are looking for not the best salesperson, but a leader who knows how to build a commercial function, create strong teams, and understands how Sales, KAM, and other commercial roles should work to achieve the overall result.
✅ Main tasks • Building and developing the commercial function of a B2B platform • Managing Sales, KAM, Groups, and MICE managers teams • Achieving key commercial KPIs, growing the client base, and developing existing clients • Developing and implementing sales processes, CRM, KPIs, and motivation systems • Participating in the formation of commercial strategy
We will be happy to meet you if you: ✔ Have more than 5 years of experience in B2B sales and at least 2 years in a leadership role ✔ Have built or transformed a sales department with proven results ✔ Are confident working with CRM, sales funnel, forecasting, and analytics ✔ Have a good understanding of the specifics of B2B sales of services and solutions in the Kazakhstan and CIS market
