N1 Partners is looking for a VIP Analyst.
This role sits at the intersection of data analytics and VIP player expertise - you'll be turning raw data into insights that directly impact how we retain and grow our highest-value players.
What you'll do:
- Analyze VIP player behavior, LTV, retention & churn patterns
- Build reports and dashboards for VIP managers and leadership
- Work with PostgreSQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets daily
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for the VIP team
We're looking for a Middle VIP Analyst who:
- Has 1.5+ years of hands-on analytics experience
- Writes solid SQL and knows their way around pandas
- Ideally has iGaming background (especially with VIP/high-roller segments)
- Understands metrics like LTV, GGR, Retention, Churn, ARPU
- Experience with VIP players specifically? That's a huge plus!
