What we expect from candidates
DevOps
Solid experience with infrastructure and its automation, deep understanding of Linux and the network stack.
Technologies: Linux, Python/Bash, GitLab CI/Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Prometheus, PostgreSQL.
SRE
Experience in supporting and ensuring the availability of web applications, solid Linux administration, knowledge of the network stack and SLI/SLO/SLA, understanding of CI/CD and IaC.

Artificial Intelligence
Engineers create AI-based functions for all company products: from servers and data storage systems to cloud services and analytical platforms.
The team includes experts in various fields: artificial intelligence, deep learning, and computer vision. Specialists have extensive research and development experience in algorithms, performance optimization, and software development.
DevOps Engineer (Specialist/Senior/Lead)
Main tasks
- Design, develop, and support network and infrastructure services based on Linux and Open Source solutions using IaC, including cluster systems.
- Support, develop, and update CI/CD infrastructure based on Jenkins and GitLab.
- Deploy, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters using ArgoCD.
- Support the OpenStack cloud virtualization platform.
- Support DBMS and other data storage systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, OpenSearch.
- Work with CI/CD automation.
- Interact with adjacent teams, participate in code reviews and development of engineering practices.
What we expect from a future team member:
- Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix and practical experience with KVM-based virtualization, including libvirt and OpenStack.
- Understanding of network, computing system, and data storage principles.
- Solid command of Bash and one of the following languages: Python, Groovy, or Go.
- Practice in building and supporting CI/CD platforms.
- Skills in working with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or other relational and analytical databases.
- Confident work with Kubernetes and container technologies: Docker, Podman, containerd, CRI-O.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems: Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Zabbix.
- Work with centralized system log collection and analysis systems.
Will be a plus (optional):
- Experience with messaging systems and message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in Go and JVM stack languages: Java, Scala, Groovy.
- Skills in working with configuration management systems: Ansible, Puppet, OpenTofu.
- Experience with backup systems.

SRE Engineer (Specialist/Senior/Lead)
Main tasks:
- Acceptance and launch of components and services of web applications (SPA, JS, Python).
- Ensuring service availability in accordance with SLA, participating in infrastructure development and scaling.
- Configuration, monitoring, and automation of CI/CD processes.
- Resolving incidents escalated from L1/L2, preparing documentation and instructions for support teams.
- Interaction with development, testing, and support teams at all stages of the service lifecycle.
What we expect from a future team member:
- Experience supporting prod environments for web applications for over 3 years.
- Experience building prod systems from scratch.
- Linux administration experience for over 3 years.
- Network (Ethernet) experience for over 3 years.
- Fundamental knowledge and troubleshooting experience with the TCP/IP network stack (TCP, UDP, NAT/SNAT/DNAT/PAT, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS).
- Understanding of IT security fundamentals (network security, certificates, procedures for handling confidential information).
Will be a plus (optional):
- Skills in preparing documentation in Confluence and interacting with L1/L2, including developing and updating instructions.
- Knowledge of SLA/SLO/SLI principles and ability to apply them in practice.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practice working with ML environments and the Kafka message broker.
- Understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code principles, confident command of Ansible.
- Experience working with monitoring and logging stacks: VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, OpenSearch — configuring metric and log collection, creating and refining dashboards.
