Tochka Bank is looking for a Retail Analytics Team Lead to build an analytical strategy, create a strong team, and help the business grow with data.

Tochka is a fintech company that creates an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses. The team has over 6,000 employees, and over 800,000 clients use its services.

About the team:

The team is focused on developing products for online and offline retail. The main products include: merchant acquiring, POS systems, online acquiring, and QR payments. Each product is unique in its own way and has its specific features, but all of them require metrics, dashboards, tests, and various research.

What you will do:

• Help manage financial performance through data and financial models: see the business's economics as a whole, identify growth levers, and integrate models into prioritization and initiative evaluation.
• Independently find opportunities to improve economics: initiate research, identify growth potential, and propose solutions and actions.
• Formulate and implement the team's analytical strategy: determine what analytics should do to achieve business goals, align priorities and resources, deliver results, and evaluate benefits.
• Build analytical support for initiatives: collaborate with the business to organize the process from clarifying the problem and assessing potential to verifying the idea and analyzing the results.
• Organize the creation and use of shared data layers to reduce duplicated calculations and manual work.
• Build a strong analytics team: assess the composition, competencies, and responsibilities, as well as initiate hiring specialists, knowledge sharing, and quality control, and establish feedback loops.
• Develop data skills across the entire team: assess the level of analysts and business roles, teach how to interpret results and apply them to real tasks, and help make data-driven decisions.

You are a good fit if:

• You have at least two years of experience leading an analytical team.
• You understand business economics.
• You integrate analytics into initiatives from the problem research stage to result evaluation.
• You can formulate and implement an analytical strategy.
• You address systemic causes of problems and unnecessary work.
• You set priorities considering value, uncertainty, urgency, and costs. You can defend team resources.
• You understand data architecture and can align the complexity, reliability, and cost of solutions with business benefits.
• You know the limits of your expertise, fill gaps, and involve specialists in a timely manner.
• You know how to build a team where members are technically stronger than you.
• You know how to develop people, provide constructive feedback, and change team roles and composition when necessary.
• You can create an environment where analysts think about the business themselves, and the team uses analytics in its decisions.
• You can negotiate and implement changes without direct administrative authority.
• You independently find opportunities, initiate projects, and bring them to measurable results.

• Official salary starting from 500,000 ₽. The exact amount depends on your skills and expectations and will be discussed during the interview. This is the gross amount (before taxes). Please note that the personal income tax rate will change from 2025 depending on your total income for the year.
