Analyst-Developer for Offline Fintech Business
We have launched and are actively developing Payoffline — a product that turns QR codes into the center of financial life. Payments, tips, installments (BNPL), merchant loyalty programs, cross-sales — all of this is already working or will launch any day now. The goal — like Alipay's: to make paying via QR code as natural as scanning a barcode in 1994.
Our team is being built from scratch. We are not just launching a service; we are building an ecosystem where every code scan brings users closer to greater financial well-being. You will join the team at the very start, when every decision carries weight and every dashboard influences strategy.
We operate in a high-uncertainty environment but with access to data from the entire Yandex ecosystem: from taxis and carsharing to Yandex Plus and Advertising. If you want not just to analyze, but to build the analytics of the future — welcome.
The Payoffline team is a small, ambitious group building analytics for a family of products from scratch. We are currently growing actively: the first users are already paying via QR, transactions are flowing, data is appearing, and we need people who will continue developing the analytics for this flow, turning it into insights and infrastructure.
We work in a hybrid format (Moscow) with a focus on results, not presence. Processes are flexible yet structured: regular product meetings, retrospectives, A/B testing of hypotheses.

We have no templates, but we do have freedom, responsibility, and access to Yandex's technology platform. We believe that analytics is the driving force of the product. Growth and Acquisition You will build analytical tools with key acquisition metrics and a forecast of promo effectiveness down to the partner level, enabling growth and investment management based on data. Measure incremental new users and GMV by channel to consciously manage investments in acquisition channels. Measure the effectiveness of promotional tools (0Х, discounts, cashback, etc.) and their impact on acquiring new users and GMV by partner. Define target segments for applying mechanics (0Х, discounts, cashback, etc.) and LTV growth. Assess acquisition quality.
Commerce You will calculate partner costs and margins, define pricing boundaries for merch (debit, Split).
Economics You will need to detail P&L (overall ownership by financial analysts, ours is depth by each cut). Study Split and Super Split economics, promo effectiveness (economics before and after promo). Seek insights for monetization hypotheses. Be responsible for analytical support for optimizing ОРЕХ.
