MTS Web Services (MWS) is a big tech company that provides cloud, AI services, and platform solutions for various business tasks: from data processing to product development and process optimization. We have also launched a new public platform of our own development — MWS Cloud Platform.
D-BNG (Disaggregated Broadband Network Gateway, BNG/BRAS) is a software router/gateway for broadband access in the network core.
What you will be doing:
- Providing technical support to network engineers (Reactive L3 engineer technical support);
- Proactive technical support;
- Collaborating on product improvement based on resolved support cases;
- Preparing integration work (data collection, diagramming);
- Conducting commissioning and installation (C&I) works;
- Adjusting High-Level Design (HLD);
- Preparing Low-Level Design (LLD) based on a completed HLD.
What we expect from the candidate:
- 3+ years of practical experience in configuring and operating network equipment;
- Experience with BNG/BRAS equipment;
- Knowledge of network technologies at a level not lower than CCNP/JNCIS;
- Proficiency in MS Visio / Draw.io;
- Basic Linux system administration skills;
- Experience with Ansible or writing automation scripts in Python.
