Vacancy: AI Designer / AI Content Engineer / AI Content Producer

Responsibilities: Production of AI video, advertising creatives, and content with virtual avatars; Managing multiple avatars simultaneously — consistency of face, voice, character, and visual style; Assembling pipelines: brief → script and references → generation → post-production → ready asset; Automation through templates, API, n8n, MCP, and custom agents/Skills in Claude, Codex, and analogs; Maintaining a library of prompts and a content calendar by avatars, formats, and platforms; Post-production in Premiere Pro: editing, color grading, sound, lip-sync, subtitles, adaptation for TikTok / Reels / Shorts; Analysis of competitors and trends, testing hooks, formats, and new tools.

Requirements: 2+ years of commercial experience with AI video generation and a portfolio with case studies; Video models: Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, and other relevant ones; Avatars: HeyGen, Synthesia, Hedra, D-ID, or analogs; Higgsfield and Magnific, including working with Elements and consistent characters; Understanding of diffusion, image-to-video, text-to-video, TTS, voice cloning, lip-sync; Prompt engineering for images, video, audio, and agent systems; Experience with MCP, Skills, and custom agents — willingness to build solutions for your tasks; Proficient in Premiere Pro and basic understanding of SMM; Systematic approach: readiness to dive into automation, documentation, and the technical aspects, not just visuals.
