About the company Part of an international technology group developing business in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of a business growth strategy. • Scaling sales and developing a service model. • Management of P&L, profitability, and operational efficiency. • Formation and development of a management team. • Development of a partner ecosystem and work with key vendors. • Interaction with C-level clients and participation in major deals.
We are looking for you if: • Experience in IT/cybersecurity for 7+ years, including 5+ years in leadership positions. • Successful experience in business development and sales management. • Strong expertise in P&L, EBITDA, unit economics, and cash flow. • Good knowledge of the cybersecurity market and modern information security solutions. • Possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.
