Middle UX Researcher

🌟 We are looking for a Middle UX Researcher to join our team 🌟

At Kolesa Group, the UXR department is: • 10 researchers, each product has its own • 3 great recruiters, maximally coordinated work between researcher and recruiter • a head and leads, there are grades, individual development plans, you can come with anything and not be afraid to look stupid asking a question • we learn ourselves and teach others • Friday intervisions and experience sharing, internal memes and "rituals" • warm breakfasts, dinners, and any gatherings • a large knowledge base about users and research artifacts • presentations inside and outside the company • lots of support, drive, and freedom 🙂↕️

✍️ What the job involves: • generating and testing hypotheses, product solutions, finding growth areas • influencing the product together with product managers, designers, and analysts, with the delivery team • a lot of research: strategic, cross-product, tactical tasks

👀 Who we are looking for: • you are equally skilled in qualitative and quantitative research • you are not afraid to initiate and propose, not only within the scope of research but also concerning the entire product and processes • you understand product, customer, and usability metrics, work with various frameworks (and believe that meaning is more important than form) • you want to grow alongside strong colleagues, not alone
