🔸Responsibilities: – Design key user scenarios and independently create wireframes and prototypes in Figma / FigJam at the hypothesis testing stage. – Actively use AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, and others — for discovery, data analysis, prototyping, and accelerating the product cycle. – Develop the product through its full cycle: market and competitor analysis → requirements gathering → scenarios → prototypes → launch → iterations. – Manage the product team: assign tasks to designers, developers, and experts, conduct planning meetings, control deadlines and quality. – Work with product analytics: funnels, conversions, cohorts, retention, A/B tests, and unit economics.
🔸Requirements: – Product Manager experience of 3+ years, full product lifecycle management. – Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics, understanding their impact on the business. – Experience launching products from scratch and working in uncertainty. – Team management experience. – Super responsibility, leadership, and deep business immersion. – Ability to find common ground with all departments.
