Seller mobile app is a cross-domain product that allows our partners to more effectively develop their sales on the marketplace. We conduct a lot of research aimed at improving the seller experience in using Ozon tools in the mobile app. We don't just adapt features from the desktop version of the product, but research, implement, and develop the mobile app as an effective product.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing key metrics of the "Seller mobile app" product, generating hypotheses, forming functional development requirements to improve user experience;
- Participating in the formation of product vision and roadmap;
- Researching the market and competitors, identifying growth points, and launching new initiatives;
- Validating hypotheses (including through A/B testing);
- Forecasting and evaluating the success of new feature implementation;
- Closely interacting with teams involved in feature implementation (development, design, analytics, QA, stakeholders);
- Participating in adapting mobile app features to desktop product versions together with related teams and vice versa - adapting desktop features for the mobile app;
- Being responsible for the results and deadlines of project implementation.
We expect:
- Completed higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in IT/mobile applications;
- Experience in developing mobile applications, a deep understanding of mobile UX specifics, technical capabilities, and product development limitations;
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, launch A/B tests;
- Data-driven approach to decision-making;
- Ability to present information concisely and structured, and to defend your position with sound arguments.
