- Product Manager experience in mobile products from 3 years
- Understanding of the full mobile application development cycle (iOS / Android)
- Experience managing a cross-functional team (design, development, QA, analytics)
- Strong focus on improving user experience and product quality
- Ability to identify and prioritize user product problems
- Data-driven approach to product development
- Ability to formulate product hypotheses and test them through data and research
- Understanding of product metrics and user scenarios
- Experience conducting and interpreting A/B tests
- Strong skills in working with quantitative metrics and analytics
- Experience with Firebase / Amplitude / Mixpanel
- Experience launching and developing product/mobile features
- Active use of AI tools in daily work
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ownership mindset and responsibility for results
