We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for 01.tech. The Design Department is responsible for the development and enhancement of visual and product solutions for the 01.tech ecosystem, helping to shape a user-friendly experience and visual consistency of products.
What you'll be doing:
- Conducting research: generating ideas with the team, studying competitors, testing product hypotheses, and improving design based on data.
- Designing interfaces: creating adaptive web interfaces considering technical limitations and developing thoughtful clickable prototypes.
- Developing UI concepts: creating visual solutions that set industry trends; paying maximum attention to details (from typography to forms) and developing the overall design system.
- Analyzing data: tracking the effectiveness of implemented solutions after release together with analysts, identifying bottlenecks in funnels, and proposing improvements for the product.
- Building communication: actively interacting with the team lead, product manager, business analyst, UX writer, and developers; defending your decisions with arguments before the team and C-level.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product companies (portfolio should include recent projects starting from 2022).
- Possesses a high level of visual mastery: impeccable interface design, sense of style, high UI quality standards, and strong case studies (work with illustrations, gradients, colors, shadows, and blurs).
- Has experience with B2C products (mobile direction / mobile web).
- Demonstrates a deep approach to tasks in their portfolio: shows context, research stages, and final metrics.
- Applies product methodologies in practice: User Story, CJM, JTBD, qualitative and quantitative research.
- Actively uses AI tools in daily work to accelerate processes and generate concepts.
