Commercial Director for Mining Division Needed

**About the company: Mining-Space is a next-generation data center. We build mining infrastructure in compliance with Russian legislation, operating on the principles of technological efficiency and long-term partnership. The business is growing — and we need someone to lead the commercial direction. ** ▪️Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the mining division ▫️Attract large corporate clients and build long-term relationships with partners ▫️Formulate pricing policies and tariff plans ▫️Conclude contracts for equipment hosting and electricity supply ▫️Build and develop a sales department from scratch ▫️Load our data center capacities: Serpukhov DC — up to 40 MW, Magadan DC — up to 150 MW ▫️Reduce costs: electricity, maintenance, logistics ▫️Monitor changes in the regulation of the crypto market and adapt the strategy ▫️Prepare reports and forecasts for top management

▪️We are looking for ▫️At least 5 years of experience in management positions in sales or business development — preferably in IT, energy, or mining. ▫️It is important to understand how mining farms (ASIC, GPU) work, be able to negotiate with large clients and energy companies, work with analytics, and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty. ▫️Higher education: economics, finance, technical specialties, or MBA.

▪️What we will focus on in your work ▫️Revenue growth and profitability of the division ▫️Data center capacity utilization ▫️Attraction of anchor clients ▫️Reduction of electricity and maintenance costs ▫️Payback periods for new projects

▪️Conditions: ▫️Salary - from 800,000 - 1,000,000 rubles (fix) ▫️Remote work / business trips (Serpukhov DC, Magadan DC)
