COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR FOR DATA CENTER

MOSCOW, work format to be discussed, hybrid possible

TASKS

• strategic planning for the development of the mining business;
• building and developing a sales department for mining services (hosting, rental, capacities, etc.);
• conducting negotiations with key clients and partners;
• concluding long-term contracts for the supply of electricity and hosting of mining equipment;
• analyzing the effectiveness of current operations and seeking ways to reduce costs;
• interacting with the technical department to optimize the operation of the mining infrastructure;
• participating in the formation of the division's budget and controlling its execution;
• representing the company at industry conferences and events.

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

• Education: higher education (economics, finance, technical, or business administration)
• Work experience: at least 5 years in leadership positions in sales, commerce, or business development, preferably in IT, energy, or mining;
• Important: knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and mining products;
• understanding of the principles of operation of mining farms and equipment (ASIC, GPU);
• experience with large energy-consuming projects;
• strategic and operational planning skills;
• experience in negotiating with large corporate clients;
• English language not lower than intermediate.

• Salary: from 500,000 rubles
