We are looking for a Product Designer.
The project is related to the development of an AI Research system: you will need to design user scenarios for different system roles, consider the specifics of interacting with AI tools, and improve the user experience based on research, data, and user feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Design user scenarios in CJM format for different system roles, considering interaction with AI tools.
- Develop UX/UI concepts for AI systems.
- Analyze user patterns when working with AI tools.
- Identify friction points, cognitive overload, and improve user experience.
- Conduct UX research of the platform and test AI-assisted scenarios with end-users.
- Develop and maintain the design system and component library for the AI Research system.
- Ensure consistency of the visual language between product modules.
- Work in Figma and Jira, collaborate with the product team.
What's important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product design.
- Experience in designing web interfaces and developing UX design.
- Experience working with AI tools.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of intuitive, clear, and visually neat interfaces.
- Ability to study user behavior, research the target audience, and draw conclusions.
- Experience in designing user scenarios in CJM and USM.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience creating components and developing a design system.
- Experience working with Jira.
Will be a plus:
- Experience designing AI products, AI-assisted scenarios, or internal research/analytical systems.
- Experience working in banks, fintech, or large digital products.
- Understanding how to reduce cognitive load in complex interfaces.
- Experience conducting UX testing and subsequent product refinement based on research results.
