Looking for an experienced CRM Administrator for the R&D team — a person who will take the system into their own hands and make it truly convenient for the team.

Responsibilities:

Configure CRM: access rights, workflows, dashboards, reports
Administer integrations and API
Analyze data and improve processes
Support users and maintain documentation

Requirements:

CRM experience from 1 year (Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk or similar)
English B2+
iGaming or trading experience - a plus
