Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the company's entire operational system;
• Development of sorting centers, warehouse, transport, and courier logistics;
• Scaling of the branch network, pickup points, and parcel lockers;
• Increasing productivity and reducing operational costs;
• Implementation of digital solutions and process automation;
• Development of a culture of continuous improvement (Operational Excellence).
