Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop a geographically distributed telephony system (Avaya Aura), ensuring its uninterrupted operation 24/7;
- Conduct audits, optimizations, and upgrades of the system to improve fault tolerance and prevent failures;
- Promptly resolve emergency situations;
- Develop regulations, instructions, and algorithms, as well as configure a monitoring system for complete infrastructure control!
Our ideal candidate:
- Higher technical education;
- Experience in designing and/or commissioning Avaya telephony and videoconferencing systems;
- Experience in localizing and resolving network issues;
- Advanced knowledge in administering Win10, Linux OS (remote OS interaction, log analysis, understanding architecture, etc.);
- Advanced knowledge of VoIP technologies (SIP telephony, media gateways, videoconferencing, video codecs, etc.)!
