Tasks: Installation and configuration of communication platform products. Support and maintenance of previously deployed installations. Diagnostics and troubleshooting of malfunctions. Platform testing. Participation in product development. Interaction with development teams, documentation, and project managers. Communication with customer and partner engineers when solving complex technical problems.

Requirements: ✅ Experience in operating or implementing Enterprise infrastructure for 3+ years. ✅ Expert knowledge of Linux. ✅ Confident understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP. ✅ Experience with Ansible (or Puppet/Salt/Chef). ✅ Practical experience with Docker. ✅ Experience in Kubernetes administration. ✅ Experience with load balancers (HAProxy, Nginx, etc.). ✅ Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other DBMS. ✅ Strong troubleshooting skills for infrastructure services. ✅ Server hardware configuration experience.

Will be a plus: ⭐️ Experience with Tarantool. ⭐️ Experience in operating on-premise infrastructure. ⭐️ Skills in diagnosing containerized applications. ⭐️ Independence and willingness to interact directly with customer technical specialists.
