The "Focus" project is a mobile workspace for Sber's small business client vertical. What we have: working with client data, scheduling meetings, sales process, product registration, AI tools for client managers, and other useful features. We also have Focus.Chats, which managers can use to get consultations on various expertise and communicate with clients via text.
"Focus" is a web application for tablets, covering up to 7,000 users across Russia. We use ReactWeb and TypeScript for the front-end, and Java for the back-end, all within Sber's target technology platforms, with no legacy code.
The project involves 9 teams (HQ, platform, automation, 5 feature teams, design, and support), approximately 90 people. We work with Scrum and Kanban frameworks, practice agile ceremonies, nothing unusual.

Responsibilities
- Support of high-load systems (response to monitoring deviations, participation in resolving mass incidents)
- Support of tools as a third-line support (diagnostics and resolution of production environment errors)
- Interaction with support lines and development teams to identify and resolve software issues
- Creation of various AI tools to automate and accelerate the support function
- Interaction with users during the pilot phase and/or rollout of new functionality
- Participation in smoke and sanity testing of production environment releases
- Analytics on key areas of work – from metric collection to drawing conclusions and recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience using Qwen, DeepSeek, and other LLMs, as well as OpenAI, Claude, and other similar agents
- Experience using AI for analysis, solution generation, and process automation
- Experience working with bug tracking systems (Atlassian Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Experience composing SQL queries
- Experience working with the software release cycle in a commercial organization
- Knowledge of JSON, XML formats, HTTP, REST, SOAP protocols, and working with microservice applications
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing
- Ability to negotiate with participants from adjacent teams and achieve task completion
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
