🟢What you will do:

• Team Lead: maintaining employee motivation, their development, organizing their activities;
• Organizing the effective work of the DS team: task planning, goal setting, performance tracking, performance review;
• Organizing effective communication with stakeholders and the product team;
• Quarterly and operational work planning;
• Participation in code reviews, grooming, maintaining code quality standards and best practices;
• Moderating Scrum rituals: daily, grooming, planning, retrospective.

🟢You are a perfect fit if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a linear DS;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead of a DS team of 4+ people;
• Experience in team management (prioritization, hiring, growth, etc.);
• Ability to work with business metrics (model, product, and financial) and influence them – proof of specific effects achieved by your team in your resume;
• Experience with LLMs, uplift, time series, etc.;
• Skills in organizing the effective work of a DS team, mentoring, and supporting the development of specialists;
• Experience managing projects for the implementation of DS/ML solutions, meeting deadlines and task quality;
• Ability to clearly and accessibly explain complex technical solutions to colleagues and stakeholders;
• Ability to find and implement effective solutions for complex DS/ML tasks in practice;
• English at the level of reading documentation.
