Head of Franchise Sales (China & Greater Asia)

With successful operations across Europe, the USA, Australia, and India, we are now accelerating expansion into China and neighboring Asian markets, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, and other high-growth regions.
We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Franchise Sales – China & Greater Asia to lead this expansion and build a strong regional franchise network.
Your Mission
To establish and scale Another World’s franchise presence across China and surrounding Asian markets by building strategic partnerships, driving franchise sales, and adapting our global model to regional business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional franchise sales strategy for China and Greater Asia
- Identify priority cities, commercial hubs, and investor segments
- Build relationships with local developers, mall operators, entertainment groups, and private investors
- Lead and scale a high-performing regional franchise sales team
- Manage complex B2B negotiations and oversee high-value franchise agreements
- Analyze competitive landscapes across multiple Asian markets and refine positioning
- Adapt global sales processes to local cultural and regulatory specifics
- Ensure strong coordination between regional operations and global headquarters
Requirements
- Fluent English (B2+ minimum)
- Proven experience in franchise sales, B2B expansion
- Deep understanding of regional business culture and decision-making processes
- Experience entering new markets and scaling operations across multiple countries
- Strong negotiation skills in cross-cultural environments
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
- Entrepreneurial attitude and readiness to build the region from the ground up
