Designer / UI/UX Designer at Accredited IT Studio "Forestweb"
Hello! We are "Forestweb", an accredited IT studio with over 10 years of experience, with offices in Chita (Kostyushko-Grigorovich St., 5, office 402) and Voronezh (Solnechnaya St., 31a, office 351). We build modern websites on MODX + HTML5/PHP from scratch, develop applications, provide SEO promotion, and offer comprehensive project support. We work with real businesses, have awards from Runet, and we are actively growing.
We need a strong designer to help elevate our visual quality, speed up our workflow, and make our websites truly competitive in 2026.
To save everyone time – your portfolio must include at least 5 projects. Fewer projects and academic works will not be considered.
What you will do:
- Develop modern UI/UX designs for websites (corporate sites, online stores, landing pages, complex web services).
- Create adaptive layouts (Figma is the primary tool).
- Develop user scenarios, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Improve existing studio projects (including our website forest-web.ru – it’s indeed outdated, and we plan to update it soon).
- Collaborate with front-end developers and programmers (clear handover of mockups for development).
- Participate in forming the studio’s unified design system.
- Analyze competitors and web design trends.
- Occasionally – assist with graphic materials for social media and advertising.
Key expectations (within 3 months):
- Quickly and effectively complete design tasks without constant supervision.
- Increase the conversion rates and visual appeal of projects.
- Make a real contribution to updating our website and internal processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial web design experience (a portfolio with real projects is mandatory, especially online stores and corporate websites).
- Excellent proficiency in Figma (primary tool).
- Understanding of adaptive layout, UX principles, and mobile-first approach.
- Knowledge of modern trends for 2025–2026 (neomorphism, minimalism, micro-animations, dark themes, accessibility).
- Ability to work in a team and make revisions quickly.
- Proactivity and initiative are critically important.
- A big plus: experience with MODX websites, basic understanding of SEO (so that design doesn’t harm promotion), experience with brand books, animations (After Effects / Principle / Lottie).
Personal qualities: calmness, responsibility, attention to detail, ability to defend your decisions with arguments while also listening to the client/team.
Conditions:
- Formal employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (accredited IT company – all benefits apply).
- Salary from 80–95 thousand rubles.
- Schedule 5/2, hybrid (office + remote). Fully remote is also considered for strong candidates.
