The Project Manager is the heart and leader of the team. This is a person who takes initiative, saves the client's nerves, and achieves the desired result together with the team. ‍ You'll fit in with us if: — You have experience in IT and digital projects: the messenger and tracker are always in sight, and the words “CJM”, “sprint”, “plan-fact”, “deploy” don't make you want to google them. — You know how to hear and understand the client's expectations, and you don't lose your composure in difficult situations. — You enjoy analyzing and organizing information, and you feel great when any participant in the process, coming to you, receives comprehensive information and recommendations on what and how. — You are aware of the project's risks and consult with your managers about your decisions. — You care when you notice that a designer or developer is not coping with a task. — You want the client to say “Wow, this is so cool, you guys are awesome!” — You have personal goals related to project activities. ‍ With us, you will: — Be the key person representing the agency in communication with clients of your projects, which means you will handle all communication and presentations to the client. — Be responsible for organizing the work of web designers, analysts, and developers, specifically by assigning tasks and accepting results, monitoring deadlines, and calculating team workload. — Conduct meetings and roll out releases, translating client requests into clear instructions for performers. — Know at any moment how the project is progressing and what is needed to get ahead.
