Requirements: Higher technical education and 4.5+ years of experience in system analysis. Deep understanding of ELMA 365 from the inside. Fluent in UML, BPMN, C4. Understands microservices (MSA) and integrations (REST, GraphQL, message brokers). Proficient in designing logical data models and writing SQL. Practical experience with APIs (OpenAPI, JSON/XML, HTTP). Works in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira, Confluence). Possesses systems thinking, is proactive, and can clearly explain complex concepts. A big plus: Experience in developing/modifying CRM systems. Understanding of Telecom and B2B sales specifics. Basic knowledge of MongoDB and DevOps (CI/CD, containerization).
