Description
The Sberspace team is looking for a Data Scientist to work on a project to create an AI-powered search assistant that will help developers, product owners, and other specialists in software development at Sber.
Responsibilities
You will:
- generate new hypotheses and ideas for improving the AI assistant's performance.
- test hypotheses and conduct experiments (preparing data for testing, conducting experiments, tracking quality metrics, proposing practical applications for improvements).
- use and train models, for example, a search query classification model.
- engage in prompt engineering.
Requirements
We expect:
- experience deploying AI systems to PROD (Classic ML, RAG, Agents)
- experience evaluating the performance of AI systems and improving their quality
- knowledge of classic ML and NLP (NER, classification, summarization, clustering, ranking, recommendations)
- knowledge of neural network architectures: RNN, LSTM, transformers.
- knowledge of frameworks for working with LLMs (LangChain/GigaChain, LangServe/GigaServe, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- understanding of the principles and fundamentals of training language models.
- understanding of indexing algorithms and search solutions
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental proficiency in AI for analysis, generation, and automation.
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of Elastic Search/Docker/ OpenShift/ Kafka.
- DevOps tools: Git, Bitbucket, Nexus, Jenkins.
