🚀 Vacancy: Head of Engineering / CTO (FinTech, Highload) 💰 Compensation: $10,000–15,000 per month, details to be discussed 🌍 Format: Fully Remote 👥 Team: 25 specialists

About the Company We are developing our own highload FinTech product with a large user base, demanding high levels of fault tolerance, security, and performance. We are looking for a strong technical leader who can be entrusted with the full management of the engineering organization. We need not just an experienced architect, not a lead developer, and not a task coordinator. We are looking for a person who can make independent decisions, manage team leads, identify technical and organizational risks, ensure the execution of plans, and systematically develop the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities • Management of Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA, development of technical leads. • Roadmap planning, management of timelines, resources, and risks. • Responsibility for architecture, scalability, code quality, and technical debt. • Management of Security risks, monitoring, Production incidents, and fault tolerance. • Development of engineering processes and technical strategy.

What We Expect • Experience managing an engineering organization of 20–50 people and several technical leads. • Strong Backend background and experience with highload Production systems. • Understanding of architecture, DevOps, security, and fault tolerance. • Skills in managing Delivery, resources, and technical risks. • Independence, proactivity, and accountability for results.

Stack: Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, ClickHouse, Vue.js. Experience with this stack will be an advantage.
