Main request: holding and ownership structure, choice of jurisdictions, cross-border financial flows, taxation, and preparation of the structure for attracting investment. Mandatory requirement – confirmed experience in the Kazakhstan market, deep knowledge of the local tax and legislative base. Candidates without practical experience in Kazakhstan will not be considered. Operational finances are established. Strategic expertise in international structuring is lacking.
