Head of Analytics (Top Role) What to do: Formulate the company's analytical strategy, lead the Product/Marketing Analytics, BI, DS, and Math divisions (a team of 20+ people), build a culture of data-driven decision-making. What we expect: At least 7 years of experience in analytics, including at least 3 years in a leadership position (teams of 20+ people). Deep knowledge of mathematical statistics, experience in building DWH/Data Lake architecture.
