Product Manager for Neurojurist (AI Lawyer)
We create products based on machine learning technologies. This is the core of our business. Thanks to these technologies, we develop useful services, change the lives of millions of people, and compete with the world's largest tech brands.
Our team is working on a new large-scale product — an intelligent assistant based on large language models for lawyers, which automates key document workflow processes: legal search and analysis, generation and verification. At the end of last year, we launched Neurojurist. The service is actively gaining an audience, receiving a lot of feedback, and the team is working quickly to address the most important needs of lawyers using technology.
Your key goal is to make a fast-growing technology product even more accessible and convenient through integrations into lawyers' work tools and Yandex products. You will define the strategy, work with hypotheses, achieve target user growth metrics, and lead the product from pilot to mass release, ensuring distribution together with marketing and PR.
Product Vision You will shape and communicate the product vision, define key metrics, and think through the implementation plan from MVP to the target state. Your task is to understand how the AI assistant can help while being embedded within other services and applications where lawyers already work, so that solving their tasks is as seamless and efficient as possible. The goal is to confidently lead the team to the goal, focusing on the user journey and technical implementation.
Product Launch You will manage the entire launch cycle: from organizing pilot deployments within the company to bringing product solutions to the external market for all types of clients. You need to make key decisions about product features, integration methods, in-product distribution and promotion mechanisms, consider different Neurojurist sales models, and ensure the achievement of audience and commercial metrics together with marketing.
Work with Users and Domain You will dive into the specifics of legal processes, document work (contracts, lawsuits, examinations), communicate with lawyers and legal professionals to understand their needs and turn the insights gained into clear requirements for the development team, including for ML specialists. You will interact directly with the cross-functional development team.
Value Proposition for B2B Clients Your focus will be on increasing the product's value for the business audience and working with hypotheses, tools for qualitative and quantitative analysis. You need to understand which business tasks modern technologies can already solve in practice and which ones they cannot yet. Your task is to make the product not just convenient, but economically beneficial for clients, with a focus on usage metrics and growth of the user base.
Ecosystem and Partnership Development You will explore opportunities for integration with external platforms (e.g., with document editors and Yandex services) and build partnerships to expand distribution. After agreeing on metrics, you will independently take on part of the work: create a roadmap from MVP to a broad solution and ensure delivery.
