Middle Media Buyer (In-App)

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive communication and creative strategy for client promotion.
• Launching and managing advertising campaigns: preparing the semantic core, setting bids and strategies; creating effective ads in Yandex.Direct, Google Ads (AdWords), MyTarget, Facebook, etc.
• Optimizing campaigns by CPC, CPA, and ROI; collecting, processing, and analyzing statistics to derive recommendations.
• Setting tasks and controlling the preparation of creative materials; regular reporting and coordination with the team.

Requirements

• Education in marketing or a related field; understanding of marketing fundamentals.
• Experience in managing advertising campaigns in Yandex.Direct, Google Ads, and targeted advertising systems for at least 3 years in a large company.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika; ability to obtain and analyze data for campaign optimization.
• Experience with targeted advertising (Facebook, MyTarget); working with large budgets.
• Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work in a multitasking environment; analytical mindset.
• Experience with mobile offers within "white" traffic; knowledge of Appsflyer, Adjust trackers, anti-fraud systems, and in-app platforms (Unity, AppLovin, Ironsource, Vungle, Moloco, etc.).
• Skills in generating creative ideas, testing external offers, and working with partners.
• Ability for proactive communication with designers and management regarding promotion plans.
