Team Lead Media Buying in-App

iKon. - a performance marketing agency with international projects in iGaming, Betting, and other verticals. We work with in-App sources and help clients scale traffic and business.

We are currently looking for a strong in-App specialist who is ready to lead a team and grow with the direction.

🔹 What is important to us:

• 3+ years in media buying / arbitrage
• In-App: Unity, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, etc.
• experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling
• agency experience (several projects / clients simultaneously)
• understanding of: spend, profit, ROI / ROAS, CPA / CPI
• experience managing Media Buyers or readiness to grow in this direction
