🎯 What you will be doing:
- Launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns for Gambling offers (CPA/RevShare).
- Working with top In-App networks: Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral, Liftoff.
- Driving traffic to the team's internal WebView and PWA applications (in close cooperation with our tech department).
- Testing new GEOs, networks, and approaches, constantly searching for working connections.
- Setting clear technical tasks for designers for profitable creatives (videos, banners, Playable Ads).
- Monitoring traffic quality, filtering out fraud, and analyzing the entire funnel — from click to repeat deposit.
🔆Our requirements (Hard Skills):
- At least 1 year of experience as an In-App buyer in the Gambling vertical (fresh cases/screenshots from recent months must be available).
- Deep understanding of the algorithms and logic of Unity Ads / AppLovin / Mintegral.
- Ability to work with mobile attribution and trackers: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro, Binom.
- Understanding the specifics of driving traffic to WebView and PWA (setting up postbacks, optimizing for Reg/Dep events, working with pushes).
- Ability to bypass moderation (cloaking, waiting) in strict In-App sources.
- Analytical mindset: confident proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), calculating ROI/ROAS, CR, Inst-to-Reg, Reg-to-Dep.
