🎯 What you will need to do:
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns for Gambling offers (CPA/RevShare).
- Work with top In-App networks: Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral, Liftoff.
- Drive traffic to the team's internal WebView and PWA applications (in close conjunction with our tech department).
- Test new GEOs, networks, and approaches, constantly search for working connections.
- Set clear technical tasks for designers for profitable creatives (videos, banners, Playable Ads).
- Monitor traffic quality, weed out fraud, and analyze the entire funnel — from click to repeat deposit.
🔆Our requirements (Hard Skills):
- In-App buyer experience in the Gambling vertical for at least 1 year (fresh cases/screenshots from recent months are mandatory).
- Deep understanding of the algorithms and logic of Unity Ads / AppLovin / Mintegral.
- Ability to work with mobile attribution and trackers: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro, Binom.
- Understanding the specifics of driving traffic to WebView and PWA (setting up postbacks, optimizing for Reg/Dep events, working with pushes).
- Ability to bypass moderation (cloaking, waiting) in strict In-App sources.
- Analytical mindset: confident command of Excel (pivot tables), calculation of ROI/ROAS, CR, Inst-to-Reg, Reg-to-Dep.
