🎯 What you will be doing :

• Launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns for Gambling offers (CPA/RevShare).
• Working with top In-App networks: Moloco, AppLovin, Mintegral, Liftoff, etc.
• Testing new GEOs, networks, and approaches, constantly searching for working ties.
• Setting clear technical tasks for designers for profitable creatives (videos, banners, Playable Ads).
• Monitoring traffic quality, filtering out fraud, and analyzing the entire funnel — from click to repeat deposit.

🔆Our requirements (Hard Skills):

• At least 1 year of experience as an In-App buyer in the Gambling vertical (fresh cases/screenshots from recent months are mandatory).
• Deep understanding of the algorithms and logic of Moloco/AppLovin/Mintegral, etc.
• Ability to work with mobile attribution and trackers: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Keitaro, Binom.
• Understanding the specifics of traffic delivery via WebView and PWA (setting up postbacks, optimizing for Reg/Dep events, working with push notifications).
• Ability to bypass moderation (cloaking, waiting) in strict In-App sources.
• Analytical mindset: confident knowledge of Excel (pivot tables), calculating ROI/ROAS, CR, Inst-to-Reg, Reg-to-Dep.
