• You have experience in debt collection – this is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills
• You are a confident PC user
• You can handle objections and defend your point of view
• For regions: you have an equipped home office (desk, personal computer, stable internet, quality headset) .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting planned targets
• Working with clients with overdue debt from 1 to 30 days
• Conducting telephone negotiations with clients using manual portfolio processing
• Identifying reasons for non-payment
• Motivating for payment
