  • Base salary 30,444 RUB during probation period, 37,012 RUB after probation period

• You have experience in debt collection – this is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
• You have competent oral and written communication skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting planned targets
• Working with clients with overdue debts from day 1 to 30
• Conducting telephone negotiations with clients using manual portfolio processing
• Identifying reasons for non-payment
• Motivating for payment
