We are looking for a strong Head of Collection for a developing crypto project in the online lending sphere. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a team, build effective processes, and directly influence recovery rates.

We need not just an administrator, but a leader who understands numbers, knows how to find growth points, and can lead a team to results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the collection department and ensuring the achievement of planned targets.
• Supervising the work of team leads and operators.
• Analyzing collection performance and team efficiency.
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase debt recovery.
• Establishing processes for different stages of overdue debt.
• Identifying reasons for performance drops and implementing solutions to address them.
• Working with reporting, analytics, and key Collection metrics.
• Participating in the automation and optimization of collection processes.
• Training, developing, and motivating the team.
• Collaborating with related company departments.

Who we are looking for:

• Collection experience is mandatory. ❗️
• Experience managing a collection department or team from 2 years.
• Understanding of the specifics of Soft / Late / Hard Collection.
• Knowledge of key collection metrics and the ability to manage them.
• Ability to work with large teams and build systematic processes.
• Strong analytical and management skills.
• Result-oriented and willing to make independent decisions.
• Experience in MFI, banks, FinTech, or credit products will be an advantage.
• Experience with cryptocurrency products will be an additional plus.
