👤 Bank Product Sales Operator (T-Bank) | Remote

About the role: T-Bank is one of the largest and most technologically advanced banks in Russia. We are looking for operators for outbound calls. Fully remote format, training from scratch, stable internet, and a desire to communicate – that’s all you need.

Key responsibilities: 🔸 Make outbound calls to potential clients 🔸 Offer credit cards and insurance products 🔸 Consult on terms, tariffs, and benefits 🔸 Work via IP telephony (provided by the bank) 🔸 After adaptation – connect to sales of other T-Bank group products

Our expectations: 🔹 Sales experience is not required – we will train you in everything 🔹 The main thing is the desire to work and communicate with people 🔹 A PC/laptop (not a tablet!) with Windows 7+ / macOS 10.10+ / Linux 🔹 A headset (headphones with a microphone, not a telephone headset) 🔹 Stable internet from 40 Mbps

Conditions and payment: 🔹 Format: full remote from any location in Russia 🔹 Schedule: flexible, minimum workload from 70 hours per month 🔹 Payment: piece-rate – depends on the quantity and quality of sales

Employment and social guarantees: 🔸 Civil law contract (with payment of insurance contributions to the SFR) 🔸 Payment of sick leave, benefits for pregnancy and childcare up to 1.5 years 🔸 Service record counts towards pensionable service, but is not entered into the work record book
