T-Bank Representative
📍 Location: Rostov-on-Don / Rostov Region
What you will be doing
- Conduct meetings with clients at their convenient locations.
- Advise clients on T-Bank products.
- Help select suitable banking solutions.
- Issue and provide banking products.
- Assist clients with product activation and usage.
- Process applications and record meeting results in the mobile app.
- Meet targets for the number and quality of meetings conducted.
💰 Payment Conditions
Payment is performance-based and depends on the actual volume of work:
- 💵 payment for completed tasks / meetings;
- 🎁 additional payments for meeting conditions and targets;
- 📈 more completed tasks → higher final income;
- 🕐 no need to work a fixed number of hours.
You manage your workload and potential income yourself.
Schedule and Work Format
- Flexible schedule — you can choose your working days and hours independently.
- Work in Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov Region.
- Meetings take place in locations convenient for the client.
- Can be combined with studies, main job, or other projects.
- A smartphone with a work application and SIM card is provided.
- Training and curator support at the start.
