About the role: T-Bank is a leader in the financial market. We are looking for active and responsible people ready to become the face of the company: personally deliver products to clients and provide excellent service. You don't need to find clients — meetings are already scheduled, products are ordered.

Key responsibilities: 🔸 Visit clients at a time and place convenient for them 🔸 Deliver pre-ordered products: credit and debit cards, SIM cards, insurance policies, documents 🔸 Incidentally, introduce clients to the advantages of the products and offer additional services (card activation, mobile banking setup, brokerage account application, etc.) 🔸 Report on meeting outcomes in the mobile app and hand over documents to the curator

Our expectations: 🔹 Russian Federation citizenship 🔹 Own or rented vehicle — the transport must be used legally 🔹 Neat appearance and adherence to business style: no visible tattoos or piercings (or willingness to conceal them during work) 🔹 Clear speech, ability to convey information understandably

Work conditions: 🔸 Format: fieldwork (meetings around the city) 🔸 Schedule: flexible — choose your own days in the app. On average, 4 days a week, but can be more frequent. Plan for 2 weeks, adjustments within 3 days. 🔸 Breaks: no fixed breaks — manage your time yourself 🔸 Reporting: via the mobile app, documents to the curator at the end of the day (or the morning of the next)

Payment and compensation: 🔹 Piece-rate payment (weekly payouts) — income is based on remuneration for successful meetings, goal achievement, and additional sales 🔹 Compensation for vehicle use — 50% of the receipt, but not exceeding the calculated amount based on mileage and fuel consumption 🔹 A smartphone with the work app and a SIM card are provided
