A fast-growing international** iGaming company** is looking for an experienced Global People Director to lead the global HR function and partner closely with executive leadership on organizational growth, talent strategy, and people excellence across multiple countries.

📍** Location:** Cyprus (Office-based role)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy ✅ Lead and develop international HR teams across multiple locations ✅ Drive talent development, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives ✅ Build compensation, career progression, and retention frameworks ✅ Coach managers and senior leaders to build high-performing teams ✅ Leverage people analytics and HR data to support business decisions ✅ Oversee HR operations, employee relations, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions ✅ Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-powered HR initiatives

Requirements

✔️ Proven senior HR leadership experience within iGaming (must) ✔️ Experience leading global HR teams across multiple countries ✔️ Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and leadership coaching ✔️ Experience building compensation, performance, and retention frameworks ✔️ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset ✔️ Hands-on, business-oriented leadership approach ✔️ Familiarity with AI and automation in HR processes ✔️ Fluent English
