Red Team Specialist (AI & Generative Models) 📍 Format: Remote, outside of RF/RB 💼 Level: Senior

Raft is a team of experts in implementing AI solutions based on LLM into client business processes. We help companies automate routine tasks, increase efficiency, and create new products using modern artificial intelligence technologies.

We have contributed to the Langchain framework, created our own product for analyzing voice communication using GPT, and conducted extensive research and development in the field of LLM security. We operate in both the Russian market and globally.

We are looking for an experienced Red Team Specialist who specializes in generative artificial intelligence models and will help make AI systems safer and more resilient to attacks.

What you will do:

• Conduct cyberattack simulations on generative models and AI infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities.
• Analyze system security, identify weak spots and potential threats.
• Assess risks, determine the impact of found issues, and prioritize their remediation.
• Collaborate with development teams and security specialists to develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor trends in AI security, ethical hacking, and cyber threats, and implement new testing approaches.
• Maintain documentation, generate reports, and provide recommendations to management and client teams.

What we expect:

• Proven experience in AI vulnerability analysis.
• Deep understanding of the architecture and operating principles of generative models and agent frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pentest (web, infrastructure, API).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency in Python or Node.js / JavaScript.
• Offensive security certifications (e.g., OSWE, OSCE3, SEC542, SEC522).
• Experience in developing and testing AI agents.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience in vulnerability disclosure (e.g., CVE).
