About the Project
We rent out villas in Bali: we find stylish properties from owners, list them on platforms, and find tenants from the Russian-speaking community on the island. This is a dynamic real estate business with a quick deal cycle — from listing to moving in usually takes less than a month.
For you, this is an opportunity to learn from scratch how the real estate rental business works: funnel, client qualification, working with owners, CRM, analytics. You will work directly with the project manager — an experienced entrepreneur, a speaker at a major business community, who raised an international startup valued at $4 million. Bali villa rentals are one of his active projects.
What you will be doing
Post villa listings on Telegram chats, Facebook Marketplace, and other platforms
Respond to clients who message about the listings and quickly manage correspondence
Conduct initial qualification: clarify dates, budget, area, number of guests — and pass warm leads to the manager
Maintain the CRM system: up-to-date client and villa data, statuses, communication history

Fast communication. Clients message at different times, and response speed directly affects the deal — you need to be ready to be available almost 24/7
Independence. Once given a task, you figure it out and find a solution, rather than coming back with clarifying questions at every step
Ability to work with AI. You use ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools for texts, photo processing, and routine tasks — this speeds up work significantly
Desire to grow. You are interested in real estate and entrepreneurship, and you want to develop within the project
What we offer
Base salary of 10,000 ₽ + bonus for each rented villa — total income of 30,000–50,000 ₽ and above, no ceiling
Fully remote work, about 3-5 hours a day. Mentorship from an entrepreneur with international project experience
Real practical experience in the scalable real estate business
Growth to Head of Department based on results
