We’re hiring: 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗶𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶)

We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive partnerships and scale presence in key iGaming markets. This role is a fit for someone who’s equally strong in sales/negotiation and technical tracking.

📍 Based in 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 – relocation support provided

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼: Recruit & launch affiliates (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) – full cycle Analyze campaigns, traffic quality, and ROI daily Manage partner budgets, commissions, and payouts Represent the company at industry events Work cross-functionally with design & dev teams

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 3+ years in iGaming/Gambling affiliate marketing Experience with Tier 1 & 2 markets Must have: Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar tracking platforms Strong negotiation & data-driven mindset Fluent English + Ukrainian or Russian
