We are building a communication CRM platform. Currently, it serves as a transport layer between salespeople, support, marketers, and users, but in the near future (and with your participation) the platform will evolve into a fully-fledged intelligent product.

What tasks await you

Developing the product layer of the communication platform You will need to design APIs for user scenarios, implement communication policies with users, and strategies for delivering messages to them (and, as part of that, attributing incoming messages to outgoing ones).

We expect you to

• Write in Kotlin or Java
• Are familiar with developing high-load distributed systems and can ensure exactly-once processing
• Are ready to solve tasks from design to production support — including covering code with tests and metrics
• Work with relational DBMSs and are not afraid of non-relational ones

Will be a plus

• You have developed CRM or service desk systems
• You have developed distributed stream processing systems
